Telebanking

As an additional security measure the Internet Banking Service requires you to pre-designate, in writing, payment details for any transfers you wish to make. This can be done by completing the Telebanking application forms and posting them to us.

If you already use our Telebanking Service*, the accounts and payees that you have designated will automatically be available to you when using the Internet Banking Service.

Without the Telebanking Service set up on your account(s), the Internet Bank is restricted to viewing your account details and being able to communicate securely with us.

* Please note if your current Telebanking password is less than 6 characters when you enrol for the Internet Banking Service, you will need to contact us by phone to change your existing Telebanking password.
